Forgot Password

Go to the login page for Tagd.
You can find it via auth.tagd.ai (or the login link you usually use).
Click on the link "Forgot your password?"
You will find it just below the login form.
Enter your email address.
Fill in the email address associated with your account and click "Reset my password".
Open the email you have received.
You will receive an email message containing a one-time code (verification code).
Enter the code and choose a new password.
Copy the code from the email, enter it on the page, and select a new password.
Please note: Your new password must meet all specified security requirements (e.g. length, special characters, numbers, etc.).
Log in with your new password.
Once the password has been reset, you can log in as usual with your new credentials.
