Administrator – full access
As an administrator, you have full access to the entire system. This means:
Access to all folders and agreements. You see all folders in the system, including the shared Inbox, where agreements submitted manually or via an e-signing service are collected.
Manage agreements from the inbox. You can view, analyze, and move agreements from the inbox to any folder in the system.
Create and administer. Administrators can also create new users and groups.
Regular user – limited access
As a regular user, you still have the opportunity to upload and register agreements, but with certain limitations:
Limited access to folders. You will only see the folders for which you have been granted permission.
Limited view of the Inbox. You will only see the agreements you have personally uploaded to the inbox – not agreements submitted by other users or external parties.
Register your own agreements. You can upload your own agreements, such as a leasing agreement, and the system will analyze it automatically. Once the analysis is complete, you may register the agreement – but only in the folders to which you have access.
Example of the difference in practice
An administrator can see all folders and all agreements in the inbox.
A regular user can only see their assigned folders and the agreements they have uploaded themselves in the inbox.
An uploaded agreement is automatically placed in the user's folder if no other option is available.
When an agreement has been registered, it will be removed from the inbox and displayed in the agreement view in the selected folder.
Both administrators and regular users can see the agreement—based on their respective access rights.
