One of the most important functions in Tagd is to help you keep track of decision dates for contracts and other tasks. The service is designed so that you never miss an important event.
The person responsible for a contract or a task always receives automatic email notifications well in advance before action is required.
Default settings:
Contracts: 45 days before decision date
Tasks: 14 days before due date
Please note that the settings may vary between different accounts.
On the homepage, you receive a clear overview of all tasks:
Personal tasks: At the bottom, you will see the tasks that are directly linked to you.
Organizational tasks: Administrators can also view tasks for the entire organization.
Tasks are listed in chronological order, with the most urgent at the top.
If you would like to view more details, you may click on All tasks for a complete list, including both upcoming and past tasks.
When a contract is approaching its decision date, you may manage it directly:
Click on Take action or on the contract name.
You will be directed to a management dialog box.
Here you have two options:
Terminate the contract – select Terminate and confirm.
Extend the contract – select Extend to receive a proposal for a new contract period.
Upon extension, you will see:
The previous contract period
Applicable terms
When the next reminder will be sent
Confirm by clicking Save, and the contract period will be updated.
In the Tasks tab, you can view a complete list of all tasks:
Display both upcoming and past tasks.
Filter by:
My tasks or All
Type of task (e.g. contract decision date or other tasks)
This function is permission-controlled, which means you will only see the tasks you are personally responsible for.
When you open a specific contract, you will see a box in the upper right corner displaying information about upcoming expirations. This way, you gain additional control over contracts that are entering a new decision period and require review.
