Overview
The integration between Verified and Tagd allows all contracts created and signed in Verified to appear automatically in your Tagd workspace.
To enable this connection, you first need assistance from Verified Support.
Step 1 -- Contact Verified Support
Before connecting, you'll need to contact Verified Support and provide a few details so they can link your accounts.
You'll need to share:
1. The code for your Verified e-sign account (found in the URL when you're logged in to Verified).
2. The Verified integration user that should be added to the account and active.
Once you provide these details, Verified Support will complete the setup and notify you when the connection is active.
Step 2 -- Confirm the Integration by sending a contract for signing
After Verified Support confirms the setup your Verified e-sign account is now connected to Tagd.
Once the integration is active:
1. Create a new case in Verified.
2. Add the recipient(s) of the signing process.
3. Upload and send the document for signing.
After the document is signed by all parties:
- A copy of the signed contract will automatically appear in your Tagd account.
- You'll be able to see it under the correct project or folder, with the source listed as Verified.
Step 3 -- Verify the Connection in Tagd
To confirm everything is working correctly:
1. Log in to Tagd.
2. Look at the Inbox view.
3. Check that the newly signed document appears.
4. The source column should display Verified.
