The warning appears when there are two variations of the same organisation registered in TAGD — for example:
John & John AB (correct)
John och John AB (incorrect spelling)
Both represent the same company, but because one was registered as a counterparty, Tagd prevents you from creating a duplicate.
Open your Tagd account.
Go to the Counterparties section.
Locate the organisation that appears twice or is spelled differently.
Click on the incorrect counterparty name.
Open the contract that is connected to this counterparty.
Click Edit on the contract.
In the contract editor, go to the Parties section.
Under Own organisation, select the correct organisation.
Before removing the incorrect counterparty, copy its name (the misspelled version).
Remove the incorrect counterparty from the contract.
Click Save.
The contract is now linked to the correct organisation.
Go back to the Counterparties list.
You’ll still see the incorrect company name listed, but it will no longer have any contracts linked to it.
Select it using the checkbox.
Click Delete to remove the duplicate.
To prevent this issue from recurring, add the incorrect spelling as an alias for your organisation.
Go to My Organisation → Own Organisations.
Click on your organisation.
In the Alias field, enter the alternative spelling.
Click the plus (+) button and then Save.
Now, Tagd will automatically recognize both spellings as the same organisation in future analyses and registrations.
