In addition to the features described below, we have also implemented a series of performance and interface enhancements to ensure that retrieval, analysis, and presentation of data from your agreements are performed more quickly and with greater precision!
Under My organization > Notifications you can now specify an Emergency contact (administrator) for your organization. This person will automatically receive all reminders for "Second task reminder" that are sent out – ideal to ensure nothing important is missed.
You can now choose Excel export with tabs per agreement type – easier overview directly in the file.
We have also made improvements regarding table names and provided better Safari support for downloads
In the agreement view, we have relocated the options to terminate or extend agreements. These are no longer found behind the three dots next to Status, but now have their own menu options under Agreement options.
In the agreement view, the number of files, notes, and tasks is now displayed directly in the tab's name – allowing you to see the amount of content without needing to click into it.
When you leave the search page, the filtering is now automatically reset, so you do not have old filters when you return.
