We hope that you have all had a wonderful summer with many days of sunshine and well-deserved rest! At Tagd, we have mainly continued to focus on improving the visualization of tasks to make it clearer and easier in the application to see when tasks are approaching action.
New menu “Tasks” where all tasks are listed with filter options.
Color coding where tasks past their first reminder date are marked in yellow, and those past their second reminder date are marked in red. The number of days before the task’s end date when reminders are expected to be sent can be set by your admin in the organization’s settings.
Even on the overview view of an individual agreement, you can see a summary of tasks that require your action.
In addition to improving tasks, we have also
Added a navigation menu for each individual agreement to be able to view and navigate the folder structure
Removed the icons from the navigation menu at the top of the page (icons for settings remain)
