Begin by uploading the new version of the agreement as usual.
Example: in the video, a lease agreement is used.
The system will automatically analyze the agreement in the same manner as during a standard upload.
When the analysis is complete, proceed to register the agreement.
Verify that all information (e.g., counterparty, date, and terms) is correct.
Select where the agreement will be saved – for example, in a demo folder – and click Save.
Once the new version has been uploaded and saved, you should replace the old agreement.
Go to the Counterparties tab.
Search for the correct counterparty (e.g. Gott Burg AB).
You will now see two agreements – one old and one new.
Click on the old agreement.
Click on Mark as completed.
The button is located in the upper right corner of the agreement view.
The old agreement is now no longer active.
If you go back to the counterparty (e.g. Gott Burg AB) you can now clearly see that:
One agreement is active
One agreement is completed
For clarity, you may also connect the old and new agreements.
Go to the old agreement.
Click on Register / Edit.
Select the Link agreement tab.
Search for the new agreement (e.g., by entering a keyword, such as Coffee).
Select the correct agreement and click Save.
There is now a direct link between the old and the new agreement – so you can easily switch between versions.
You can also find the agreements by searching directly for the counterparty in the search field:
For example, type Gott Burg in the search box.
The system will then show both the active and the terminated agreement.
Tip:
By always marking old agreements as terminated and linking to new versions, you maintain a clear history and avoid duplicates in the system.
