Reports

Get a summary of information

Under Reports, administrators get an overview of the agreements in the account and help finding what needs attention. Which reports are available depends on which add-ons you have, but the sections below are always available.

Reports are a great way to get started once you have uploaded a large number of agreements. Start with the Issues and actions tab.

Overview

The overview shows a number of key figures:

  • how many agreements are in the service

  • how many have been reviewed

  • how many can be terminated in the next six months

  • how many have critical issues.

You can also see the age of the agreements and how they are distributed by terms and status.

Save and compare over time

You can save the report at any time to see what things look like right now. The history stores each report with its date, so you can go back and see what things looked like at a specific point in time. This lets you track how work on the agreements is progressing.

Issues and actions

This is where contracts that need attention are collected.

Expired contracts

Contracts whose end dates have passed are shown here. This does not necessarily mean that they have actually expired, but they are worth reviewing. Review each contract and mark it as handled. The goal is to work through the expired contracts until you are up to date.

Unreviewed contracts

Here you can see the contracts in the service that have not yet been reviewed by a person.

Contracts missing dates

This shows contracts for which there should be a start date or end date that Tagd has not been able to identify.

Owners and parties

Here you can see your counterparties and who owns each contract.

This is also where you can find contracts that have been assigned to the default user because Tagd was unable to identify a contract owner. Filter them and assign them to the right people in your organization.

If someone has left, you can just as easily transfer their contracts to another person.
