Under Counterparties administrators can see all the organizations that Tagd has found and registered when agreements have been imported.
The counterparty list
For each counterparty, the following is displayed:
name and organization number
how many agreements are linked to the counterparty
when the counterparty was created and last modified.
Information about a counterparty
Click a counterparty to see more information:
General information – details about the counterparty, which you can also enter and supplement.
People – contact persons at the counterparty.
Agreements – all agreements linked to the counterparty.
If you have the add-on service that connects to your financial or business system, invoices, invoice matching, and supplier assessments are also displayed here.
Merge duplicates
Sometimes the same counterparty is registered twice, for example because of a spelling mistake or because the name is written with "&" in one agreement and "and" in another. In that case, merge them:
Select the two counterparties.
Choose to merge them.
Choose which one has the correct details.
Confirm the merge.
The counterparties and their agreements are then combined under one counterparty. Tagd will also remember the merge, so that new agreements matching either of the two variants are linked to the correct counterparty.
