Before you start using Tagd to its full potential, it’s important to make sure your account is configured correctly. We recommend doing this before inviting other users.
You can find the settings under Administration > Organization. There are several tabs, which are described below.
Company details
First, check that the company name and company registration number are correct.
Your organizations
Under the Your organizations tab, you’ll see your company name and company registration number. This is how Tagd identifies your organization in agreements.
Add aliases
Click the organization to add aliases, such as alternative spellings or former names. If the company was previously called Example Holding AB, add it as an alias and click Save. Tagd will then recognize your organization in agreements that use the old name.
Add more organizations
If your organization includes several companies, you can add them as your own organizations. For example, this could be a Norwegian subsidiary with a Norwegian company registration number.
Notifications
Under the Notifications tab, you decide how reminders about notice periods are sent.
First reminder. Specify how many days before the final day to give notice the first reminder should be sent to the contract owner.
Second reminder. If no one has acted on the first reminder, a second one is sent, for example three days before the final day to give notice. It is sent to both the contract owner and the emergency contact you have specified, in case the contract owner is unavailable.
Default user. Enter an email address for what is called the default user. If Tagd cannot identify an owner for a contract, reminders will be sent to this address until the contract is assigned to a user. Choose someone at your organization who can take on this responsibility.
Security
Under the Security tab, you can turn two-factor authentication for the account on or off.
Before turning it on, all users must have added their mobile phone number. Otherwise, they cannot receive the login code.
Tags
Here you decide who can create tags in Tagd.
Locked tags on – only administrators can add new tags.
Locked tags off – all users can create their own tags.
Export
You can export the contract register in three formats:
CSV – all fields in the contract register as a single flat file.
Excel (XLS) – one tab per contract type.
JSON – the register as structured data.
