All contracts in Tagd are available in two places: in the contract list and in the folder structure. Use the contract list to search, sort, and filter all contracts. Use the folders to organize contracts and control who has access to them.
Contract list
By default, contracts are displayed in the order they were uploaded to the service. Click a column heading to sort by that column.
Choose columns
On the right, choose which columns to display. You can restore the default selection at any time.
Hide completed contracts
You can choose to hide completed contracts or show all contracts. Usually, you only want to work with active contracts, and this is an easy way to remove old contracts from the list.
Quick filters
Use the quick filters to filter the list by:
Contract type
Status – active, expired, terminated, completed, or unknown contracts.
Terms – fixed-term contract, automatic renewal, indefinite-term contract, or other.
Review – reviewed or unreviewed contracts.
Contract owner
You can combine the filters to quickly find exactly the contracts you are looking for.
Advanced filter
In the advanced filter, you can combine more fields, including tags and status, and specify date ranges.
Save filter
You can save a filter to use it again. Saved filters are displayed on the overview page.
Search
The search field is at the top of every page and in the contract list. The search covers both contract metadata and the full text of the contracts.
Searching for a name, for example, gives you two types of results:
Metadata results are displayed in the table, just as in the contract list.
Results in the contract text show which contract the word appears in, on which page, and where in the text.
Clicking a result in the contract text takes you directly to the contract card, where the location of the word in the document is highlighted.
Folders
When you start using Tagd, there is only one folder, Inbox. All contracts uploaded to the service are placed there. You can then build your own folder structure with main folders and subfolders.
Create a folder
Click New folder in the top right.
Give the folder a name.
Click Create.
The folder now appears in the list. You can create as many folders as you like and place folders inside other folders to build a structure.
Manage a folder
At the far right of each folder, you can:
Rename the folder.
Move the folder, for example into another folder.
Manage access, that is, decide which groups or people should have access to the folder and whether they should be editors or readers.
You can change access at any time. Read more about permissions in the article about users and groups.
