Search & filter agreements

How the search function in Tagd is used.

The search function helps you quickly find information in all your agreements in Tagd. The search field is at the top of every page.

Run a search

Type the word or term you are looking for in the search field. You will automatically be taken to the agreement list, where the results are displayed in two sections: matches in metadata and matches in the agreement text.

Matches in metadata

At the top, you’ll see the agreements where the search term appears in the agreement metadata, such as the counterparty, agreement owner, or tags. The matches are displayed as they are in the agreement list, with one agreement per row and the same columns.

As in the agreement list, you can sort by columns and filter the results to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Matches in the agreement text

Below the metadata matches, you’ll see the results of the full-text search. For each match, you can see:

  • the agreement title

  • the page where the match appears

  • where the term appears in the text.

Click a result to open the contract card. The place in the contract where the term was found is highlighted, so you can immediately see the context.
